Dr. Mankad graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA. She worked in a group practice in Pennsylvania for 3 years before starting Brentwood Progressive Dental with Dr. Amor Tiburcio. While she didn't mind the snowy winters and humid summers she moved to the Bay Area with her husband.

Dr. Tiburcio graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia PA. He is an East Bay native. After working in Philadelphia for a few years he came back to the Bay Area to be closer to his family and further from the snowy winters and humid summers. He has worked in offices in the East Bay but started Brentwood Progressive Dental in 2008 with Dr. Ila Mankad to proudly serve Brentwood and surrounding areas.
